GENERAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, orders, and use of services provided by La Bottega, operated by Salpraz LLC (“La Bottega,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order, scheduling catering services, or consuming any food provided by La Bottega, the customer (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
​All orders must be placed through our official website or authorized sales channels.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
All catering orders require a minimum of two (2) days’ advance notice. Orders placed without sufficient notice may be declined at La Bottega’s sole discretion.
All sales are final and non-refundable.

By placing an order, picking up food, receiving a delivery, consuming food, or allowing others to consume food provided by La Bottega, you confirm that:
You have read this entire document;
You understand it;
You agree to it;
You accept all risks described below.
If you do not agree, do not order or consume our food.

1. OWNERSHIP – EVERYTHING BELONGS TO LA BOTTEGA
Everything related to La Bottega belongs exclusively to La Bottega / Salpraz LLC.
This includes, without any exception:
All recipes;
All cooking methods;
All ingredient combinations;
All proportions and measurements;
All preparation techniques;
All menus and menu descriptions;
All food concepts;
All catering formats;
All plating styles;
All photos, videos, and images;
All logos, names, branding, and designs;
All written materials, manuals, and recipe books.
Nothing is shared.
Nothing is public property.
Nothing is “free to use.”

2. RECIPES ARE PRIVATE PROPERTY – NO COPYING, EVER
All recipes are private property and trade secrets of La Bottega.
You are NOT allowed to:
Copy recipes;
Write them down;
Recreate them;
Modify them;
Teach them;
Sell them;
Share them;
Use them at home;
Use them in another restaurant;
Use them in a catering business;
Use them “as inspiration”;
Reverse engineer flavors or techniques.
This applies to:
Customers;
Employees;
Former employees;
Contractors;
Friends;
Family;
Other restaurants;
Anyone.
If you do it, legal action will be taken.

3. EMPLOYEES & FORMER EMPLOYEES
If you work or worked for La Bottega:
You do not own any recipe;
You do not own any method;
You do not own any concept;
You may not use them after leaving.
Opening a similar business, copying dishes, or teaching recipes learned at La Bottega will result in legal action.

4. PHOTOS, VIDEOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
You may not use photos or videos of La Bottega food for:
Commercial use;
Promoting another business;
Creating recipes;
Training;
AI tools;
Content libraries.
Unauthorized use may result in takedown requests and lawsuits.

5. ORDERS, PAYMENT & FINAL SALE
All orders must be paid in full before being accepted.
Orders are confirmed only after payment clears.
Catering orders require at least 2 days’ notice.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds;
No cancellations;
No credits;
No exceptions.
If you do not pick up your order or miss delivery, the order is lost and the money is lost.

6. FOOD IS CONSUMED AT YOUR OWN RISK
This is extremely important:
YOU EAT OUR FOOD AT YOUR OWN RISK.
La Bottega is not responsible if food causes:
Illness;
Food poisoning;
Allergic reactions;
Stomach problems;
Choking;
Any medical issue.

7. ALLERGEN WARNING
Our kitchen handles:
Dairy;
Gluten;
Nuts;
Shellfish;
Eggs;
Soy;
Wheat.
We do not guarantee allergen-free food.
If you or someone else has allergies, that is your responsibility, not ours.

8. HOT FOOD – BURNS & INJURIES
Some food is hot.
You may get burned.
You may get hurt.
La Bottega is not responsible for:
Burns;
Scalds;
Heat-related injuries.

9. CONTAINERS, TRAYS & PACKAGING
Food is delivered or picked up in containers and trays.
You may:
Cut yourself;
Scratch yourself;
Get injured by edges or lids.
La Bottega is not responsible for injuries caused by packaging.

10. AFTER PICKUP OR DELIVERY – NOT OUR PROBLEM
Once food leaves our hands:
We do not control storage;
We do not control temperature;
We do not control reheating;
We do not control serving time.
If food goes bad, makes someone sick, or tastes wrong after pickup or delivery, that is not our responsibility.

11. FOOD MODIFICATION BY CUSTOMER
If you:
Add ingredients;
Remove ingredients;
Mix with other food;
Reheat incorrectly;
Change anything;
Any problem that happens is your responsibility.

12. GUESTS & THIRD PARTIES
If other people eat the food:
You are responsible for them;
You must warn them about allergens;
You accept all risks for them.
La Bottega has no responsibility toward your guests.

13. DELIVERY & LOCATION RISKS
La Bottega is not responsible for:
Unsafe locations;
Slips or falls;
Pets;
Uneven floors;
Accidents at your home or venue.

14. WEBSITE & TECHNOLOGY
We are not responsible for:
Website errors;
Ordering mistakes;
Wix failures;
Payment processor issues;
Duplicate orders you place.

15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather;
Traffic;
Accidents;
Natural disasters;
Government actions.

16. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO SUE
By ordering from La Bottega, you agree that:
You will not sue us;
You release us from all claims;
You accept all risks.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If, for any reason, La Bottega is found responsible:
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the order.
Nothing more.

18. LEGAL JURISDICTION
Arizona law applies.
Disputes go to binding arbitration.
No class actions.

19. FINAL CONFIRMATION
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You read everything;
You understood everything;
You agreed to everything.
