Due to the nature of our made-to-order catering products, all purchases are 100% non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for:
Cancellations
Customer error
Change of plans
Failure to pick up the order
Unavailability to receive delivery

2. Missed Pickup or Delivery
If the customer is not available during the scheduled window (15 minutes before or after the selected time), the order is considered abandoned and no refund will be provided.

3. Quality Concerns
If there is a legitimate quality issue with your order:
